With that said, choosing your bank based on customer service relationships and business credit products should be a priority. if you’re looking for a bank that offers great service and lower wire fees, I’d suggest starting with NFCU.

I am getting started and looking for someone to review my lease and have an established relationship in case I need them later.

I’ve also worked for a few investors, focusing on organizing maintenance, handling tenant relationships, and coordinating upgrades.Now, I’m venturing out on my own.

Speaking of team, focus on building relationships with a lender/realtor/GC early on.

I find most sellers "get-it" when we start getting into these details of things and they connect it as they are the bank, in their mind, and there relationship is understood in those terms as to what there relationship is/was with there financing. 

Fortunately this isn't a situation that has impacted my relationship with this particular tenant.
