Look, just because you can't, which in truth is you don't or won't, has zero bearings on other persons ability to put in the work and make things happen. 

The house needed a lot of work, and I was brand new to wholesaling.

Lots of work and learned a ton.

That's a reliable strategy if you want to continue to work and retire comfortably with a nice sized nestegg.

Obviously, they needed to take some short cuts for a reason - that DOESN"T make it right, but helps me feel a bit better that I am helping some one in need when stuff like this pops up!

But It is still doable, you just need to stand out which is a lot more work and it takes some time to get there.  

I want to make this work and am so motivated, but I also don’t want to continue to wonder if what I’m doing isn’t legal 100%.
