I am just getting started and have established an LLC in Nebraska which is set up to be taxed as an S-corp. 

I have a property in Longview Texas, looking for a good property Management company or Manager. Need suggestions on who is great and who I should stay away from.

Looking to learn from/hang real estate salesperson license with a broker who specializes in short sales in the south jersey and or south east PA region.

All these are very safe areas.Costa Mesa is even more affordable with decent schools, especially southeast area of Newport Blvd closer to the Newport Backbay but it is definitely closer to the lesser safe parts of the OC (northwest of Newport Blvd).Santa Ana is getting a lot better in terms of crime, a lot of downtown gentrification near Main and 4th.

He has national lending sources who frequently lend on MHP’s.We’re looking to grow our portfolio in the southwest and the southeast.  

I grew up in South Carolina and knew that the south east had some great deals on houses. 

Southeast Boise is excellent as well. 

I stay in Chicago will be buying south, east, or north.
