Upstairs, the primary bedroom suite (notice we're not allowed to say "master suite" anymore) adds extras such as a massage room and private terrace.

It's supplied by a 2003 vintage NG boiler that I have learned to massage & tune.

You know there was a good couple years there that my wife wasn’t seeing the vision but I just kept presenting stuff to her gently and helping her to see what’s possible and eventually she decided “yup, let’s get free, I’m in.”

The tenant says that she started a massage business in November 2020 (I know seems to be a bad time for that) and makes 2,000 a month so not sure if I can really count that. 

A lot of back and forth with the appraiser and hiring a Realestate attorney to gently force her hand......

It kills the very good and the very gentle and the very brave impartially.

Consuming content generally gives me tons of information that I still have to sort and massage to try and apply it to my situation. 

TIP3.. be gentle with yourself and psyche... these things take time, sure there are a few examples of ppl hitting it out of the park immediately..

I gently reminded them that they've not been paying their share according to the lease, so they should be thankful for the break the past number months/years.
