If the soil near the foundation is not getting enough water and dries out, it may cause issues with the foundation settling. 

BUT CRASH  not sure about that.. unless tech dries up and leaves of course.. kind of like how steel left Cleveland.. 

I do like the thought of working the same general area so I can get familiar with the values and W&S lines, but there are only about 500 parcels in the area, about half of which are on dry land and vacant.Which would you choose? 

Bathroom remodels take at least 3-4 days because the new mud needs time to dry and you probably have some subfloor damage.

Leasing / Property Management business - when equity shrinks and credit dries up people have to rent out houses.

Now if I am around, I unstop the leak myself and leave a fan there to dry the small area of wet carpet.

Looks like the home will meet FHA requirements and we will have to pay a bit more to get the crawl space dried out and have some blocks repaired, then have it re-leveled. 

Obviously, neither we nor the tenant want to be left high and dry. 

For books, and audiobooks, I find a lot of the REI books to be a little dry.

Is it a simple cut and dry process with no adverse affect of taxing?
