For Arts & Crafts style, if you use double hung windows the upper sash would have dividers but the bottom sash would not have dividers.

They have shown their true colors and how they choose to conduct business and it's not something I want to be part of or associated with.Established brokers/agents have a solid pipeline of leads coming in and can craft their business model to how they want to operate.

Good brokers who want to master their craft, like in any profession are hard to come by, folks who just want to throw stuff at the wall and see if it sticks, well there are a ton of those folks.

(Its craft show season and I dye, spin yarn, and knit apparel and accessories.  

So keep pushing and marketing, stay EXTREMELY focused on what you are doing, continue to hone your craft and get better, and the deals will start coming.Good luck!
