they seem to be effective.one cash buyer intensified his/her campaign with "we buy houses" signs around Christmas time.wondering?

The more you have the cheaper it is too.Finally, why would you let them buy a house at Christmas time and leave you with a winter vacancy?

The rehab was like 3-4 weeks.I don't know much about Michigan winters, so I may be a little ignorant on what that adds, and do know the market comes and goes at times, especially around Christmas, but a 50% drop in activity still leaves 50% of the buyers out there.

well I am only in Oregon but I bought TWO Teslas this year a S and an X for my wife for Christmas.. plus have been buying in Richmond so I am doing my part..

On a sunny day in June with all of the rents up to date it may seem like a futile expense, but at 4am 2 days before Christmas when the pipe breaks, it is the best money you could spend.Just look for a reputable and responsible company and you will change your tune.
