I was on my way to China to meet my investors.

I'm in China and need it for so many sites that they block.

This is why Germany, a country that receives less sunshine than Indiana, was the world leader in solar for a long time until we finally passed them just recently (and then China passed us, but I digress).

Awesome question, sorry that I couldn't give it an answer but been living in Arcadia for couple yrs now I felt the same way, Immigrants from China which takes a huge percentage of the population in Arcadia tend to reconstruct the property.And for a city that average of 1M dollar worth in each property like Arcadia it makes less sense to do Buy&Hold to me that is.

Fast forward to today; a man sized 12 year old son in middle school, a newly and beautiful adopted little 5 year old girl from China, a wonderful wife who quit her job to raise our family, and dad here working all the overtime available.

How does no one realize that 600,000 people EACH YEAR are mass exiting CA now because of the China takeover? 

At least here in the north west and for the last 3 to 4 decades the best Doug fir logs go to Japan.. then next best went to China  then the next best went o Korea.. then we have the remainder which we call domestic log.. ( this is private timber) state and federal timber your not allowed to export..
