Those that spend hours and hours with a client only to have them say thats all great but not for me are those that are going to go broke. 

Hey were broke basically but why not lie to your prospective landlord, I guess?

I saw it on the local news about a 19 year old girl who bought and now runs an old run down bowling alley in Ellsworth.

I think if you broke it down to specifics we could help.

If the tenants are so happy they never complain the owners must be miserable and broke.

In the end we broke even and learned a wealth of knowledge.

I just hope I don't have to deal with any of these girls tossing each other through walls ;).
