Hire an attorney, yesterday.

The attorney representing the owners of the office downstairs were threatening to sue me.So, I engaged my attorney to deal with the issue.  

I’m a licensed agent in multiple states (my Arizona license number’s on file if you need it), and while I’m not your attorney or accountant, I’ve seen more real deals than I can count.

simple - treat it like any other real estate closing. you go through attorneys and title companies.
