I really like the idea of using a tablet to sign leases.

What I got from that is  worth $199, because I got a tablet.

Get a Kindle or the Kindle app on your tablet and read like your life depends on it, because your financial life DOES.

Small tablet keyboards are fun.

I personally don't use the app and just open BP using my web browser on my phone or Tablet...from what I've seen BP's website is very mobile responsive...Besides having an icon on your home screen & receiving notifications what benefit does the BP app have that can't be accessed from the web version?

LOL.This is something I would recommend every REI do before they buy into a market for a rental(s):1 - Find out the day the court is doing evictions (usually it's an all day thing...and the same day(s) every week/month.2 - Clear your schedule for the day3 - Go to the court, bright and early that day4 - Bring a pad of paper and pen (remember how those worked...they still do), because most courts won't let you bring your tablet, laptop, phone...into court.5 - Sit in the middle of the room6 - Watch and listen7 - Take notes (see #4)8 - Learn.

That is not adding their cell phone connection, tablets, smart TV and all the other crap that have which can easily bust thru 100 Mbps. 

This tenant sent me photos...yada, yada, the detergent tablet (recommended by the repairman) didn't even dissolve etc..  

I'm on a galaxy tablet

Have all the BP special books, rich dad poor dad on audio, real estate rewind, 7 years 7 figure wealth..Any recommendations I can cram into my load out, must be able to be put onto my tablet.
