The basement suite was disgusting, crammed full of stuff, drug paraphernalia and lots of junk outside, like old tires, scrap metal, etc. 

My cleaner is in there now, and she found marijuana and paraphernalia, (the lease states NO smoking or marijuana use on the property), dog poop all over the carpets (they said they didn't have a pet and didn't pay a pet fee), a broken kitchen cabinet, dog pee on the bedsheets, sex toys under the bed (just in case the dog poop wasn't nasty enough for my poor cleaner), stickers on the wall and a hole in a door, and lots of personal property of the tenants.

I found drug paraphernalia everywhere.

I'm talking about stolen appliances, holes in the drywall, broken windows, drug paraphernalia, and even sometimes urine and feces.

I have had to paint my siding due to graffiti spray on it before and I routinely pick up baggies alcohol bottles and drug paraphernalia in the yard when I mow the grass .

But I do have a 3 strike policy on smoking inside and the third time someone is caught smoking inside or with smoking paraphernalia inside they get evicted.
