By age six or so we were sufficiently fluent in language that we could go to school and understand the teachers, our fellow students, etc.Similarly, few successful investors remember their initial struggles to understand the language, the concepts, the subtle art and fine science of real estate: negotiations, deals and transactions.Only a very few of us are natural teachers - able to understand how others learn and able to tailor our language, presentation, modality, etc. to suit each individual.

Now, there is a chance that a sellers preferred modality to perceive life is not VISUAL, rather AUDITORY, OR KINESTHETIC OR EVEN OLFACTORY/GUSTATORY, which in that case the seller may break away from rapport unconsciously because we are not in the way FREQUENCY.

In Oregon you need brokers license AND the PM modal on top of it.. its the hardest license to get.. ( by hard meaning the most test you have to take)Trust fund violations are the number one reason agents lose their licesnes and PM is all about trust funds and accounts.
