I am looking at joining a team that looks after many properties and was wondering if anyone would have some quiiiiiick tips for me.

Joined a while back and just now getting to research. 

However, they are full of legal jargon most landlords/tenants can't understand and they miss a lot of things an experienced landlord would recommend.If you have a landlord association, join them and start with their product.

I joined Levin Rinke Realty and am on The BE MORE Group since Jan 2025.
