Newer construction homes are a little easier to sell when you decide to move out or rent due to the age of construction and being more turn key.

Recently decided to jump off the deep end and start my journey in Syndication. 

They usually are the ones who decide what to do.  

They are valuable and provide insight on how to decide on how much to without for capex, maintenance, vacancy etc.

I know a lender that can help with both states that does investment lending for very cheap, it would be worth a connection as you look to build out your team no matter what you decide.

If you are new to wholesaling I would say make an effort to decide if you are going to be an acq or a dispo.

I thought a great value add would be to add a fence to buy units (with a divider).I'm trying to decide what the best kind of fence would be: pine vs powder coated chain link?
