While competition hadn't changed dramatically, we noticed some of the competition had pushed up rents on other 3 and 4 BRs in the area.

Since I bought this house during Covid, equity has dramatically gone up.

I don't much care about the golden visa being sunsetted, but obviously the restrictions of AL licensing would be dramatically impactful.
