The restrictions and complexity also became a real source of customer discontent - even though we made very full disclosures of the limitations before creating the structure.  

My guess is either it's coincidental, or maybe, these areas of discontent tend to come up when paying rent reminds her of it.

I usually set my wholesale profit margins at $5,000 a house, and I have had people get very discontented from seeing my profits.

This has left our people disappointed and discontent.

For now, I would just suggest that you verbally explain your discontent with the tenants, let them know that what they did was NOT OK.

Personally, I think my general discontent is due to a confluence of events:After you have enough SFRs, adding a new one or two (or six) simply doesn't move the meter that much from a wealth building perspective.  

Even when our ship comes in and we "make it big", our happiness is short lived and soon replaced by discontent.
