PG County just past rent control 3% + CPI capped at 6% or whichever is less.

The property is in PG county Maryland, and I live out of state.  

We still PG (personally guarantee) DSCR mortgages on properties held by LLCs.

I previously underwrote small business loans and we would require a PG on all loans.

If they have been in the location for 5 years paying rent and never defaulting, then I would not require additional PG.
