This might be a good place for trial guests until you go live, but you only renting to them is a mistake unless you are not in it for the cash flow and this is truly just a second home that you don't need to make income on.

@Ned Carey  would like to see if one of these ever made it to trial.. the banks have a hard enough time just foreclosing on the collateral as to enjoin another party and have expensive litigation.this is certainly a very risky set up for sellers if they don't protect themselves and qualify the buyer..
