Not to go too far afield from the original question but this town is different from any other towns with trains because we are  our own little slice or paradise...when you throw your line in the ocean you pull out a plump tasty fish and when you scatter some seeds you grow our own special datil peppers to make a tasty hot datil sauce to brush on your tasty fish...and then throw some oysters and clams on the beach fire grill...we have oceans where you can surf and skim board and Intracoastal where you can Kayak and windsurf  and marshes where you can see pretty pink spoonbills and historic streets and buildings where you can dress like a pirate and drink rum and go argggg....when you can live here NO ONE I repeat NO ONE wants to live by the tracks...so to the original poster I say I would NOT buy anything on the railroad tracks ! 

They have also a rental inspection program where they sometimes fish for funds. 

In the other side of the fence with Sue Kelly 's post, there are several contingency law firms that does not mind filing an asset based lawsuits against you, if they'll find that you're a good fish to fry, why not?

Aquarium full of exotic fish?

My perspective on credit and financial status has certainly changed through this process.I started to check references and quickly realized I was like a fish out of water. 

Teachers are not well paid, sounds like she is single and with a dog like that she probably had to broaden her search.

Fish/birds/reptiles/hamsters/guinea pigs often co-habitat together and would be considered a single pet only (e.g., an aquarium with a dozen fish and a pair of guinea pigs would be considered 2(two) pets. 2.An additional monthly $35 charge for each pet , irrespective of the type(e.g., $35/month for 1 pet, $70/month for 2 pets).3.No aggressive breeds.

I'll go back and check later tomorrow after I do some surf fishing in the morning.  

Teaching a wo/man to fish would be my approach.

We don't charge an application fee to get as many applications as possible.Have you considered broadening your pet policy to attract a different niche?
