I work in Information Technology and with the acceleration of jobs going off shore in my field and with companies bringing in landed resources from abroad to work IT in the States I am not sure if I can last that long.My plan is to buy and hold multi-family homes and small apartment building's.

Although I love what I do (online marketing) the tides are constantly changing with different technologies and platforms changing their rules/algorithms, so when I look to the future I don't see this being "it". 

Good Morning BP Family,I'm trying to see if there is a way to figure out which PMs leverage technology/software (appfolio, buildium, propertyware, Tenant Cloud,...) to reduce or eliminate the Payroll cost for multi family apartment buildings (16 to 100 units).

The key here is the systems and technologies used.

Don't go after every shiny new lead source or technology.

I have 15 years experience as a project manager in the high-end residential technology industry and I started my own business in a different technology industry a little over two years ago. 

Conversely, I offer an array of property management services that is tailored for the out of state investor with technology, reporting, and a communication style that is tailored to benefit that type of relationship.  

So the chances they renew in 7 years from now is not as likely with technology developing.
