STRs are not the easy money making strategy they were during the pandemic.

This is an old thread, but I am curious (if anyone still reads this) what is your experience so far with trying to get the money out, especially giving Coronavirus situation.

Both of these issues were in Evolve's wheel house and should have been MANAGED by them. 3) Customer service pre and post COVID - Before the pandemic Evolve's customer service was really quite good.

Can you imagine if you had to liquidate stocks during the height of the pandemic?

In 2020 and 2021 during the Covid pandemic, folks from Nyc and Philly bought them all up.

This past year (2020) we still wholesale real estate however have  began to  sublet rental units which we are trying to scale for cash flow -( just creative stuff and lease optioning  now since corona virus ).  

All this is outline in my Zillow listing I began accepting zillow apps for screening during Pandemic for exposure concerns and when everything was being done electronically, interviews were video conferences, & final tours required gloves/masks/sanitizer.I believe it creates a win-win with my prospective tenant. 

The law was created based on the timeline of the length of the pandemic, so I believe that it is still in effect but I do not know for sure. 

Even when there's not a pandemic it's about $200.

So I tripled my return, traded up in value, avoiding capital gains, and created passive income.Now is a great time to look at your equity since a lot of us have had a pandemic increase in value.
