Skills I've learned and employed for myself and other businesses have been namely, computer programming (generally focused on web technologies) and internet marketing (email/direct, SEO, and PPC, among others).

Technology advancements such as email, phone calls, skype has enabled communication with a remote CPA to be seamless.

Or perhaps I should say that the technology has come a long way to enable an entrepreneur on a shoe-string budget to put out a book with an audio component!

My technology is a little outdated,  I still own a flip phone and just got a tablet last year!

With so much technology it would stand to seem they would have a sense of the values.  

I am a full time college student majoring in technology and aspiring to be a real estate investor.

Lots of new jobs:  medical research, insurance corporate jobs, call center jobs and technology--and a lots of new micro-breweries. 

Funds are not an issue but I'm starting a commision based technology sales job and would prefer the security of a lease option until I feel more comfortable in the job.

Iv tried the 100% wireless and have found that based on battery life and cloud based service the technology is not quite there yet.

Tenants are required to apply through tenant cloud so that gets rid of ones who can't use technology.
