Thnks for setting me straight @Kristopher K....I think it is time for getting a new laptop as my system is outdated and not working well with all the new technology.

The tenant base in the area is a little less stable, and a lot less familiar with the technology that makes our lives easier.

He certainly doesn’t have superior knowledge vis a vi the note buyer; his marketing can easily be duplicated by the note buyer; and the need for him to act as an intermediary is eliminated by the technology allowing sellers to connect directly with buyers.

Some investors never hire a bookkeeper and do just fine using technology.

Technology is advancing so rapidly that there is no way colleges can keep up.

As much as technology helps make live more convenient, it would be hard to completely replace a role such a property manager, who would be able to really make or at least advice you on making decisions best aligned to your goals and objectives.

I am finding there are tons of tools, technology and resources that make not only finding good deals possible, but conducting due diligence, buying and managing remote properties very possible.

With the technology today, why use a Realtor if you dont have to?
