I’m concerned a lot of folks might be holding under-reserved properties in an environment where the govt currently pays 25% of household income.

Their parents didn't have but one car and a $5.00 a month rent payment.The average US Household income is around $60,000 (you can check 10 different websites and get 10 different answers, but 60K seems to be close enough)The average cost of a house in the US is $170,000.I do not see why it is so hard for folks to save up 20% to buy a house?
