I don't think there is any 'secret sauce' to finding deals, its all about hard work and digging.

I have to admit that I have been secretly reading here for the last 10 weeks or so, so, yes, I have some keyword alerts setup ;-)

Its definitely no secret that this FDIC insured depository institution has a reputation in the industry, and its not one of a bank with thorough customer service and organic growth.

At least, for me-- I don't have the connections to buy the secret deals YET. ;)

I get phone calls from people wanting to birddog deals for me, learn the ropes etc. 99% are time wasters that think because i make it look easy from the outside, that i have many invaluable secrets.
