Or you could start a realty company and hire managing broker to act as your designated broker (but that involves payroll and a lot of paperwork).There are varying degrees of commission splits amongst the brokerages.

How have folks here structured their realty business?

I was just curious if anyone had any experience branding themselves as a company, let's say Fake Name Realty, from the start instead of branding your name.My last name is a tough one and I'm trying to make it easy on people.
