I was able to keep costs down by down by doing most of the work myself, I did hire an electrician, plumber, and people to install the gutters.

@Pete Woelfel I managed the project myself and hired electrician and plumber to do that work, hardwood floor guy, and my handyman (who's a carpenter by trade and also a GC) did almost all the rest.
