@Jason ClendenenStarPointe Realty will manage duplexes and fourplexes and does a good job (disclosure - they manage my fourplex, and are also my brokerage though of course I work on the sales side, not the property management side)If you are looking for someone managing larger than a fourplex (5-50 units) John Reider does those and had a good reputation.Remember that good property managers are going to be very selective in our area about the properties they take on.

I have also heard Minnesota Realty school is great place too. 

Every deal I analyze I provide the numbers if the investor wanted to do a LTR, MTR and STR just so they understand their options.For BRRR type stuff, I get fed off market deals from New Western and Networth Realty. 

You can come out to CFRI (Central Florida Realty Investors) and meet many wholesalers in person and network with all types of trades and vendors to get an idea of the investing community here in Olrando.
