I would like to get a recommendation for an electrician that does smaller jobs associated with rehabs in SFR.  

Usually not a big deal to have an electrician install one for fairly cheap, but I did run into an issue at one of my properties where it was not possible without significant expense. 

I've saved untold sums just on getting a good contractor refered, or a licensed plumber or electrician who can pull the necessary permits and get you past your occupancy permit inspection...Good luck, curt

I am currently an electrician and hope to have a few rentals when I retire to supplement my retirement.  

My electrician got the flu and dropped the ball on me for some of my jobs.

I have connections to contractors, plumbers, electricians, material suppliers (counter tops, tiles, cabinets, plumbing fixtures, etc.) as well as engineers, home inspectors and surveyors. 

I think you're better off to find a good team (plumber, electrician, HVAC, framer/carpenter, and handyman if you're not planning to do any work yourself) and try to establish a long term relationship.  

I would appreciate any recommendations for roofers/electricians/plumbers/AC.
