I’m in San Diego, CA one of the most saturated and competitive markets out there and I’ve been doing this for a little less than a month.

The reason I say to steer away from it is because it is often over used and over saturated in many areas today and people have become less intrigued with the yellow formatting. 

I think wholesaling can be done ethically, but as has been noted on here in most markets it is pretty saturated with the proliferation of gurus.
