I have personally found eXp Realty to be very investor friendly.

I TRIED PROSPER WHEN FIRST CAME OUT , I THINK I LOST ABOUT $ 30% OF MY Principal . i only invested about $1,500 while learning how it worked , tried to stay with the a-c credit loans , but did a few d's as well .i am now on realty shares and have done pretty well there , i have only been on a year , but so far so good .

I used CA Realty Training (https://www.carealtytraining.com/) and absolutely loved the program.

But, in 2009, we were going to begin to make the mistakes which would lead to the creation of Auben Realty.

However sites like realty trac etc. one has to pay membership.

Realty Trac has predicted there would be 25% more foreclosures this year than last year. 1 million homes are projected to go back to the banks during 2012.
