@Connor Wingfield I read in the hillside ordinate that was saying 5000 cubic plus 5 percent of the the lot size I think also Bel Air has its own hauling limits on top of this. can you explain more about the houses that terrace down the hill? 

My brother had a yard sale over the weekend, so for the past week, I have been hauling anything salvageable from the house and shed outside, and took it all to my brothers house.  

I've been toying with the idea of starting to wholesale and was wandering if there are different markets which work best for wholesaling?

Evict, haul off trash, clean, maintain...can't cost much.  

This is an endless source of manpower.)2 - have the City donate a 40-yard dumpster and place it near your properties.3 - have volunteers put junk inside dumpster and invite neighbors to dump their junk into it as well.4 - have dumpster hauled away within a couple of days.

At this point, I don't know if the foundation can stay or not.Is there a rule of thumb on demolition and hauling costs (per sq. ft.?)?

I can do a four hour haul here and there, but OBX is like 8+ from Charleston due to the water. 

@Jackson BarrI assume you gave back the TV, jewelry and other toys to the business that trusted you to pay for them.Good luck with your business.  

Or just keep the house for the long haul, and then in a couple years rent it, pull out some $$, and get another house.

As a buy and hold investor I just have to remember that I am in this for the long haul and while 2018 has been bumping, I know other great years are ahead.
