Am I treading in a dangerous area by mixing my LLC with personal money?

My separate porches have fewer headaches than shared porches and my one story duplexes have fewer maintenance problems than two stories.  

None of which are "war zones" or dangerous areas. 

I am JUST SOOOO attracted to one roof, one yard, fewer furnace and WH etc... that a 4 plex seems like just the perfect idea. 

I am assuming (dangerous i know) that it would appraise for more than 115 as it lays today, the family just wants to be rid of it with as little fuss as possible. 

Few  of my tenants are in any more danger of life's vicissitudes overwhelming them than I am.  

Sounds like you will need to move or invest long distance, which is extremely dangerous especially for flipping.

Consider doing the work when you may have one or two units vacant so that you make it part of the turnover process and possibly inconvenience fewer tenants.   

There are clear warnings posted on the unit itself about the dangers of temperatures over 125 degrees and removing panels with the electricity on.
