If they eventually decide to do that, then I can 1031 it, but I know, saying and doing are 2 very different ends of the spectrum.Good luck.A similar argument/conversation is higher rent (w/ more vacancies and requests) vs. lower rent (and fewer vacancies and requests).

Consider doing the work when you may have one or two units vacant so that you make it part of the turnover process and possibly inconvenience fewer tenants.

There are clear warnings posted on the unit itself about the dangers of temperatures over 125 degrees and removing panels with the electricity on.
