And also not a dig on Brokers  but Brokers can basically offer zero help in most instances if your having issues.. they get paid to close the loan then are out of the picture they have no authority to do workouts or modify terms etc U would be working with the actual lender then..

I mean if people stopped paying the chance of them repaying is not all that great it happens of course but the chance of then going back to bad behavior is very high.. if you get them to work out fine. .but you certainly go into this knowing that your going to own a lot of real estate..

@Samantha Soto For someone that has a history of not paying I would not recommend trying to work out a payment structure with them alternative to the lease they signed.
