This is considered the largest annual decline since the last recession of 2001 when banks started tightening credit.The Federal Reserve also conducted a survey in April this year of senior loan officers which reflected that 55% of American banks had tightened their lending requirements for commercial and industrial loans to small and mid-size businesses. 70% of those surveyed said they have made the loans more expensive.With the Federal Reserve trying to keep interest rates low so that money is available to jump start economic activity, the banks are not going along with the plan by holding on to their money.

I got into the survey work, positioning assets for oil companies in a marine environment, which led me to some networking and real estate deals, which led to my working for the investor group…..none of which are any less stressful than the previous jobs.I look forward to networking here and learning from more experienced people

No one advises a survey to be gotten or ordered, no termite letter is required by lenders anymore...if the consumer doesn't pick up the latest realtor association contract they're at the mercy of the seller or their lawyer (who may not have an up to date contract)

You probably don't want to hear this but....the person uphill has the water right of way...so the only way to check this is to have your lot surveyed to find out what the FF (finished floor) Elevation line is of your lot relative to the property that is draining to your friend's.
