Nothing ever goes the way it is supposed to. 

I shall keep looking I suppose.

I suppose the next step would be1) finding some boilerplate loan documents that I can configure to create the loan and file it, and2) opening a business bank account for the LLC to operate with (so that the money is coming "from" the LLC).Can anyone advise as to whether those are the right steps and/or point me toward a resource for item 1? 

We have about 7 months until the the rate lock payments start to kick in and the project is supposed to be complete.  

Then the bill comes in triple what it was supposed to be for the work done, and it's all our fault.  

That happens to be true, but the real problem is that it introduces artificial inefficiencies in the market that end up severely harming the people that it's allegedly supposed to help.

I heard there was suppose to be a PAC to get this overturned and some legal action.

it's not supposed to cash flow. 

I suppose maybe somebody could Photoshop some results if they really wanted to.  

Remember..... there is a big election coming up and although the Fed is supposed to be independent, excuse me while I laugh hysterically.
