you pay for it and don't use their national firm.. that is outsourced to IndiaI buy about 3 to 5 properties sometimes more from Auction .com come each and every  month in multiple markets.you just have to take the bull by the horns with them.I am VIP so my experience is not going to be the same as a one off buyer..
