Finished it off with GE white silicone caulking on the seams....came out beautiful and should last for years!

And not to far from Silicon Valley etc...

How to buy $2M house in San Francisco / Silicon Valley?

I own in the East Bay, and have some other real estate interests in Silicon Valley.

For context, I live in Silicon Valley, so any reasonably priced properties will probably be at least 90 minutes away.

I was an employee at a large silicon valley company and went on a trip to Louisiana to build part of a house for a victim of hurricane Katrina as a community service and realized this is what I want to do as my career. as the years progressed as a carpenter, I heard of other carpenters buying a home working on it their self and making profits.

There is a completely different mentality - I will speak for Memphis specifically - when compared to an area like Silicon Valley.  

You wont find anything in silicon valley that cashflows positive.

San Francisco will always be a desired place to build a technology company, whether it be silicon semiconductors or web services.

Where is this, Silicon Valley?
