The second is a rigid-core vinyl usually with a cork or rubber backing, like Lifeproof from Home Depot or NuCore from Floor & Decor.Glue-down vinyl is good for rentals, but will show any unevenness in the floor, and will tend to show bubbles if your flooring contractor doesn't go over it properly with a heavy roller, which many of the cheap guys don't do.

I’ve known that as well for awhile - we have what I call markets inside of markets within Tulsa and within the state... so many factors go into that like employment base etc... less sexy frills and thrills but way more steadiness IMO than some of these roller coaster places I hear of.

In addition, the tenants probably used rollers instead of the original spray making it look different.The tenant claims that since they used the original paint (many years old) they are not responsible for the paint differences.The Landlord claims that the property was given to the tenants with uniform colored paint on the walls and returning it with patches of different paint color/shade does not constitute ordinary wear and tear and has asked the tenant to correct the situation.

Well, they hit the ceiling (the roller going too high), the cut-ins were horrible, and they left some drips/runs.
