My next projects moving forward I am going to budget outsourcing some of the rehab in order to save my time.

Sounds weird but I came across a few PMs that won’t do evictions Do they have their own crew or do the outsource everything.

Im starting out a platform that would buy and renovate single family homes at a volume 10+ at a time.Im looking to outsource almost all the tasks (bookkeeping, property management, renovation project management) and work with wholesalers and brokers.

Tough to win that battle.Just my thoughts.....hopefully you prove me wrong and make all kinds of cash on the PM business and are able to create automation and outsourcing to handle all the work at minimal expense with lots of profit.

Not sure how large your property is but we outsourced it to a 3rd party billing company. 

Does anyone have any suggestions for outsourcing our accounting/bookkeeping without breaking our business bank account?

I live in Texas and actually looking to buy q property in the next 10 months but outsourcing and investing out of state long distance is definitely on my radar, how did you do this?

The biggest challenge/learning curve for this deal was outsourcing the maintenance once we moved to Denver.

And yep, people are their own worst enemy - they shop in places that dont pay well and that outsource everything because **** is CHEAP... then they complain that there are no jobs or only jobs that pay crap.....   

I can see it making sense on the larger scale to outsource these jobs.
