I think tracking productivity will be tough unless you have someone on site that is checking their work at the end of the day and documenting their progress. 

I would like to hear your thoughts and what I need to verify before making an official offer.

I have been accessing the results with no problem in the past, but something has changed on the site.  

I can check the Register of Deeds site, type up a deed, and purchase a house in 2 hours.
