As mentioned before, stairs were broken, floors were moldy, etc. 

Everything paid starting from November 1st is deductible.Now, to the controversy that I mentioned, and ONLY if you really want to go down this rabbit hole.

With house hacking (mentioned in the thread), the more uncomfortable you're willing to live, the better the numbers will be, the more comfortable you need to live, the worse the numbers will be.I've house hacked twice in Reno, NV and it's changed my life.

I would not mention so many prices, maybe just one model.

As it relates to lease end dates I've seen two things work here. 1) You can stagger end dates as mentioned above or 2) you can optimize for summer - this works better for us in areas where you see students or families with school age children moving to align with the summmer months.Separately, this is a great argument against month-to-month leases.  

The previous company did not mention anything.

Anything else that might be worth mentioning based on this? 

As everyone has mentioned being proactive before your property sells will be important.
