Skin oil, dirty feet, urine, vomit, fur, fleas, pet danger, etc. all hide in carpets and even the big steam cleaner machines never get ALL of it out.

Persistence and patience will ensure that the deal WILL find you, and I think a lot of people lose steam if the deal isn’t there immediately.

Hi @Rita L. yes, the "build to rent" model has been gathering a lot of steam during the past two years.

We had the carpets professionally steam clean and they look fair.

They also might have gotten pissed at the bank and drilled 3 equally spaced holes in a main steam pipe (ask me how I know...)  ;-)Run your numbers carefully, come up with a worst-case scenario, and ask yourself it's still worth it.
