If your PM is unable to demonstrate their process to your satisfaction then I suggest you either help train them to do better or find another PM.People turn their money over to investors all the time.

Aloha @Jay Patel,  VA's are awesome if you properly train them. 

Thats why it may appear that certain agents dont know what they are doing.. because they  dont  have not been trained and or very new..

I'm not sure how you can maintain a scaled and properly trained staff this way, but they're certainly trying. 

To anyone at New Western reading this thread, you're the used car salesmen of real estate and your resume is tarnished by having spent time being trained by this company.

I have done all of the those, based on the circumstances.I also can't count the number of times in mandatory training / continuing education that I was told that we were never, ever, under any circumstances to discuss setting "standard" commissions with other agents. 

I am glad to compare this to other training courses and master minds, the training is a tool, and like any good tool it doesn’t do the job for you is simplifies the job.

Over the years I picked business degrees, real estate license, tax preparation training, loan officer licensing and training, investment / CFP training and it is all tied together in one big connected body of knowledge that emphasizes appreciation, debt pay down, cash flow, and tax write-offs...  

To do this you could take courses, attend training sessions, seek out a coach or mentor, and read articles and books.

I found my path in the real estate world and it's because of the wide variety of education I received from the subto training videos and community.
