With online auto and bill pay, the days of sitting down and cranking out checks and licking stamps are pretty much over as well.

I had a contractor steal a lot of money on this project so I just want to lick my wounds and move on.

My appreciation spreadsheet number is lick the finger and say conservative 3% based on CPI... on average real estate/rents will go up with inflation.

Seriously, walk away from this - lick your wounds and call it a day.

.- fire report has the neighbors tenant fire starting from organic materials on the porch - their porch was on fire and spread up and was flames licked our building - the firefighters came into our unit and broke the walls to fight the fire - we have no official denial from our home owners policy yet, the agent called us two weeks ago to let us know our claim is being denied but officially still says pending on website. 

While it is technically possible for transmission this way - maybe if you are licking saliva off of a kitchen counter top, but that's really about it.

Once you are done, say patching some epoxy on the window sill, or painting a wall, or baseboards...how do you prevent the chemicals from being licked or scratched?
