The most experienced syndicators would be more likely found at the larger events, with newer smaller syndicators found at local clubs.Real estate websites.

@Itay Heled  larger properties are not something that is popular with the furnished finder searchers from what I have seen.

DCSR loans are easy from a qualification prospective but depending on the market your may need a larger downpayment to make the DCSR ratio work. 

We are right across from a large high school.The upper unit is larger and gets different people but I wanted to point out the current guests.

I would have to imagine folks who are competent enough to represent this type of value-add are typically focusing on larger opportunities than small to mid-size SFR portfolios.
