Matthew, if you are an accredited investor, there are literally thousands of syndications and crowdfunding deals (which are essentially syndications that are allowed to market over the Internet) available.

Who pays for maintenance is determined by the written contract between parties, not a list on the internet.

The stairs and landing at the top of the stairs is carpet as are the stairs to the lower level.After 7 years hosting, they still look good.

Most hosts pass this through to the guest.
