With the COVID-era surge in home prices, rapid increases in mortgage rates, and rents not keeping pace, it really has gotten harder to make these deals work.

This is usually done to increase your rental income but it comes with a price as you are finding out.  

Buying more properties, if buying correctly, simply does NOT increase your DTI or at least in my example above much at all. 

When you save up enough capital, slowly increase your portfolio.

With some changes to the management structure and leadership, I believe we can significantly increase the revenue potential while providing a positive impact.

Out of my 32 properties, I’ve seen insurance rates drop by up to 40% on renewals, and property tax increases are finally slowing down compared to the crazy jumps we saw over the last five years.

And this will only increase in my opinion so it's a great time to invest!

Not a huge increase in cash flow, but you're picking up another appreciating asset. 

Putting that amount into it will only increase the loss.

Last time I checked Dubai has an increasing oversupply of properties due to overbuilding.
