Then I became a pro member mostly to gain access to the BP calculator's (if you attend a webinar you might receive a discount code for the pro membership at the end).

I actually upgraded to Pro membership primarily to be able to ask this one question in the Pro forum -- that's how important it is to me!

Also, the 20% off discount you get on paint at Home Depot alone is worth the membership.     

Pay the $200 for the yearly membership.

Maybe the office could purchase a Pro membership and have a computer that clients could sign up to use? 

The basic membership is cheap and worth every penny.   

Plus you'll be paying fees/membership here that it sounds like you might not be benefiting from.  

One thing you should consider is that you have to pay a lot to maintain your license and memberships as a realtor (I'm not sure what it costs in your area, but here in CT it would cost me close to $1000/year to maintain an active license.)
